Forgot Password

If you forget the Scholar SSO account password used to log in to Gradynex, use the reset process below.

Password Reset Steps​

  1. Go to the Scholar SSO login page via Gradynex at gradynex.com/login.
  2. Click the Forgot Password button.
  3. Enter your Scholar SSO account email.
  4. Click Send Reset Link.
  5. Open the reset email from Scholar SSO (check the Spam folder if it is not there).
  6. Click the reset link from the SSO Cendekia email.
  7. Enter a new password and confirm the Scholar SSO account password.
  8. Click Change Password.
  9. Login again with the new password.

Vital Records​

  • The Scholar SSO reset link is only valid temporarily (usually 24 hours).
  • If the link expires, repeat the process from the beginning.
  • After reset, your login session on the other device may end.
  • If the email is not received, check your Spam folder or contact support.
