Forgot Password

If you forget your Gradynex tenant account password, use the following reset process.

Password Reset Steps​

  1. Go to the login page on your school domain (example:namasekolah.sch.id/login).
  2. Click the Forgot Password link.
  3. Enter your account email.
  4. Click the Send Reset Link button.
  5. Open the email (check the Spam folder if it's not there).
  6. Click the reset link from the Gradynex email.
  7. Enter a new password and confirm the password.
  8. Click Change Password.
  9. Login again with the new password.

Vital Records​

  • The reset link is only valid temporarily.
  • If the link expires, repeat the process from the beginning.
  • After reset, login sessions on other devices may end.
  • If the email is not received, check your Spam folder or contact your administrator.
