School Profile

The School Profile page stores school identity data that is used in various places in the system.

This data usually appears in:

  • Public website
  • Official profile page
  • Website footer
  • Metadata and integration

Important: Fill in this data correctly from the start. Some data (such as NPSN and addresses) are often used for administration and integration with other systems.

How to Access

  1. Entered into Admin Dashboard
  2. Open the Admin menu → Settings → School Profile

If this is your first time setting up, follow this sequence to avoid confusing address dropdowns:

1. Fill in Basic Identity

  • School Name: The official name of your school
  • NPSN: National School Principal Number

2. Fill in the address step by step

Choose in stages:

  1. Province
  2. City/Regency
  3. Subdistrict
  4. Subdistrict/Village
  5. Complete Address: Fill in the detailed street address/no. House

3. Complete the Public Profile

  • Principal Name: Name of the school leader
  • Welcome Message: Greeting from the principal (optional)
  • School Description: A short description or motto of the school
  • Profile URL: Link to the official profile/school website (optional)

4. Fill in Statistics & Social Media

  • Number of Teachers: Total teachers in the school
  • Number of Students: Total students in the school
  • Number of Staff: Total staff/employees
  • Number of Alumni: Total alumni (optional)
  • Social Media: Links to official accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc)

5. Save

  • Scroll down the page
  • Click the Save button to save the changes

Tips

  • Accurate data - Make sure all data matches the school's official data
  • Quality photos - Use high-quality photos of the principal and school visuals
  • Periodic updates - Updates on the number of students, teachers and other information every new school year
  • Active social media - Make sure social media links lead to official and active accounts
  • NPSN valid - Verify your NPSN on the Ministry of Education and Culture website before filling in
